As a Research Analyst at Samplexia, you are the foundation of everything we deliver. You will be responsible for sourcing, verifying, enriching and maintaining construction project intelligence across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh — 48 districts and growing. The quality of our platform depends entirely on the quality of your work. This is a role for someone who takes data seriously, works with precision, and understands that accuracy is not optional — it is the product.
What You Will Do
  • 01Monitor public registries and government tender portals across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh on a daily basis
  • 02Source and verify active construction projects — developer, architect, location, stage and contacts
  • 03Extract brand specifications from public filings and cross-reference with field data
  • 04Update the Samplexia dashboard with accurate, current project intelligence
  • 05Identify open specification opportunities by material category across active projects
  • 06Support field intelligence by coordinating with the Specification Manager team
  • 07Prepare weekly market intelligence summaries for brand client reports
What We Are Looking For
  • ✓Graduate in any discipline — B.Com, BBA, B.Tech, or equivalent. 0–5 years experience.
  • ✓Strong attention to detail — accuracy matters more than speed
  • ✓Comfortable navigating government portals and online databases
  • ✓Proficiency in MS Excel — data entry, sorting, basic formulas

The Specification Manager is the most visible and important field role at Samplexia. You will be the face of Samplexia across active construction projects in Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh — visiting sites, engaging with architects, developers and procurement teams, and capturing live specification intelligence. You do not represent any brand. You represent Samplexia's commitment to neutral, accurate and trusted project intelligence. Your relationships are our most valuable asset.
What You Will Do
  • 01Visit 8–10 active construction projects every week within your assigned territory across Punjab, Haryana and Himachal Pradesh
  • 02Engage with architects, procurement managers, project engineers and site owners
  • 03Capture live specification intelligence — which categories are open, under evaluation or finalized
  • 04Verify construction stage progress and update the Samplexia platform with current field data
  • 05Facilitate neutral introductions between Samplexia brand clients and project decision makers
  • 06Coordinate product presentations and sample deliveries for subscribed brand clients
  • 07Submit weekly field intelligence reports — project visits, specification updates, new contacts
  • 08Build long-term relationships with the North India architect and developer community
What We Are Looking For
  • ✓2–5 years in building materials, specification sales, architecture, or real estate — preferred
  • ✓Existing relationships with architects or developers in Punjab/Haryana — strong advantage
  • ✓Confident, professional communicator — comfortable with senior stakeholders
  • ✓Strong understanding of construction stages and material specification processes
  • ✓Ability to remain completely neutral — represent Samplexia, not any single brand
  • ✓Self-driven, field-comfortable and highly organised
  • ✓Based in Mohali, Chandigarh or another North India hub city — mandatory, with regular regional travel
  • ✓Valid driving licence — two-wheeler or four-wheeler
